Living in Wellington How We Communicate

Message from your HOA President

January 8, 2024

Neighbors, As the Wellington community enters a new year, your HOA Board wants to make you aware that our relationship with SandCastle Community Management Company has changed. At this time, SandCastle will still manage our financial business. How we pay our dues has not changed.

However, the way we manage all other community business will now fall on the shoulders of your HOA Board. As vendors are needed, the Board members will locate them and arrange various tasks to be done. The Board members will oversee work necessary to maintain the common areas and notifications of non-compliance with our community rules and regulations.

We will now use our community address which is: Wellington Homeowners Association of Lee County, Inc 16733 Wellington Lakes Cir. Ft. Myers, FL 33908

Please do Not mail your dues to the above address. SandCastle will still process your dues.

November 2023-2024

Your HOA board appreciates your confidence in our ability to maintain our beautiful community. Our neighborhood has been patient as we worked through the physical restoration of many aspects of the neighborhood following the devastating storm Ian. This work is still in progress.

It was inspiring to see how neighbors pulled together to problem solve immediately following the storm. For those of you who have recently joined our community it is our hope that you will find it welcoming and find that it meets your needs and expectations.

Currently your board is working on revision of our rules and regulations and once we have completed that task, we will share them with the community. of the current Rules and Regulations reads, “ These Rules and Regulations will be reviewed periodically by the Board of Wellington Homeowners Association of Lee County, and amended as necessary to better serve the membership.”

We hope the revised rules and regulations will do just that for our community.

Jeannette Kostka

Current Board President
