LEE COUNTY IRRIGATION RESTRICTIONS
1-DAY PER WEEK FEB – MAY 2025

Residential irrigation is limited to 1-day per week
Feb. 1 through May 31.
NO WATERING BETWEEN 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
ODD address ends in 1,3,5,7,9 irrigate SATURDAY ONLY.
EVEN address endd in 0,2,4,6,8 irrigate SUNDAY ONLY.

PROXY VOTE OUTCOME
FEBRUARAY 4, 2025
PROPOSED AMENDMENT 1

The proposed amendment to Article XVI,
Section 3, to reduce the required votes
necessary to amend the Governing Documents
from two-thirds (2/3) to a simple majority,
received 75 “In Favor” of 78 votes required for
passage. As a result, the proposed
amendment DID NOT PASS.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT 2
The proposed Amendment to Article VI, Section
19, to require new owners to wait 1-year before
renting their property, received 78 “In Favor”,
or two-thirds (2/3) of the 115 votes necessary
for passage. This amendment PASSED. It will
be recorded with Lee County in the coming
days.

NEWELL REPLACES SANDCASTLE
Effective November 1, 2024, Newell Property
Management Corporation (Newell)
replaced
Sandcastle Community Management Co. and will
perform financial management and bookkeeping
services for Wellington HOA. You should have
received an introductory letter, payment coupon
book, and instructions for setting up automatic
payments, from Newell via USPS in recent weeks.
If you have not received this mailing, please email
hoawellington@yahoo.com so the Board and get the
situation resolved.

Elections were held at the Annual Meeting
Wednesday November 6, 2024,
and the following people were elected to the HOA
Board:

EXTERNAL MODIFICATIONS
REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL

Any external modification, including painting, must
be approved by the Architectural Control Committee
(ACC) prior to starting the project. The ACC meets
the 1st Tuesday of each month. Complete the form
linked below and submit it to the ACC 72 hours
prior to the next meeting by placing it in the box
affixed to the railing at the pool entrance.
